山东鲁普科技有限公司新建新材料高性能高强度纤维绳网生产项目,年产各类功能性绳网40000吨的生产规模，其中新材料高性能高强度纤维绳网1900吨，PP/PE聚乙烯绳索6000吨，聚丙烯绳索、线产品12500吨，涤纶、尼龙等复丝绳索7000吨，功能性绳网13000吨。产品应用于远洋运输、海洋石油勘探、港口码头作业、海洋捕捞、重工造船、国防军工等领域。年均实现销售收入12亿元，利税9600万元，同时安置1000余名劳动力就业。
项目总投资3.3亿余元，总占地面积80亩，规划总建筑面积约6万平方米。项目建成后，将在技术研发、产品检测和标准制定等方面引领中国绳网产业的发展，不断推动中国绳网产业的技术进步和转型升级，并在很大程度上改变世界绳网产业的格局，形成“世界绳网看中国，中国绳网看鲁普科技”的全新局面，带领中国同行更好地参与国际绳网产业高端竞争。该项目也将成为国际绳网行业技术交易和产业化推广基地。
Shandong Rope Technology Co.,Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ropenet Cordage Group. Group was established in April 2002 with a registered capital of 30 million RMB. At present Group's total assets amount to 258 million RMB, and have four affiliated factories and nine subsidiaries.
Group products comprises of four categories: ropes, net, twine ,webbing and the related industries. Products are exported to over 80 countries and regions in Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, South America, the Middle East and Africa, and has established stable strategic cooperative relations with Wal-Mart, Lowe’s , Home Depot, Target, Tesco, Carrefour, Bunnings Australia, KOHNAN and DAISO Japan and other world-renowned business leaders, while in domestic market, gradually established our own unique marketing network system, Hence Group have high reputation both at home and abroad in rope industry. Shandong Rope Technology Co.,Ltd. Started new high performance and high strength fiber rope production projects, with an annual output of 40,000 tons of various types of functional rope and net, including 1,900 tons of high-strength fiber rope made of new high-performance materials, 6000 tons of PP / PE rope, 12,500 tons of pp ropes and twines, 7000 tons of polyester, nylon and other synthetic fiber ropes, and 13,000 tons of functional rope. Products are widely used in ocean shipping, marine oil exploration, port operations, marine fishing, heavy shipbuilding, defense industry and other fields. Achieved annual sales income of 1.2 billion RMB, 96 million RMB taxes, and hired more than 1,000 employers.
The total investment of the project is 3.3 billion RMB, covers an area of 80 acres, planning a total construction area of about 60,000 square meters. After the project is completed, will lead the development of China rope industry in technology development, product testing and standards settlement, etc., and continue to promote technological progress and industrial transformation and upgrading of China rope net industry and will bring remarkable changes to the pattern of the world's rope industry , and form a new situation of "World rope industry boom in China, China rope industry boom in Rope Technology", also will lead the Chinese counterparts to better participate in international competition in the high-level rope industry.
